Thank you for shopping with 8bitdo. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Return requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be approved.

2. Return Item Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Items must be returned free of stains, damage, or signs of wear. Personalized or customized products, as well as clearance sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item: we will cover all return shipping fees. After submitting a return request, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • If you wish to return an item for reasons such as dislike, wrong size, or changed mind: you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees during your original purchase are calculated and shown at checkout. Please note a standard return processing fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. The timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged outer box and the item(s). We will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund without requiring the return of damaged goods.

6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped and therefore cannot be canceled.

7. How to Submit a Return

  1. Contact our support team by emailing MendezMarcela777@gmail.com to submit a return request.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions, including your return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the item back to the designated return address and provide the shipment tracking number.
  4. After we receive and inspect the return, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as applicable.
