1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended; customers will be informed by email if this occurs.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery takes 7-15 business days after order processing is complete.
Shipping Fee: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this cancellation window, your order will be processed and shipped accordingly.
5. Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may use this number to check the shipment status through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
